Zawiya Sulukiya currently organises a range of ongoing programs:

Advanced Program

This consists of classes for long-time students at the Institute. Currently, it is mostly delivered in Arabic and covers a wide range of subjects building upon prior instruction.

 

Beginners Class (Brothers)

~Open to Public~

This is a weekly class largely conducted by current students of the advanced program. It covers:

• the reading, memorisation, and explanation of the Wadheefa Zarruqiya, a collection of supplications and adhkar from the Quran and the Sunna of the Messenger of God (may God bless him and grant him peace)
• the reading of al-Shifa by Qadi Iyad along with explanation; this is a renowned book distinguished by […]
• the reading of Bidayah al-Hidayah by Imam al-Ghazali along with explanation; this short book […].

Classes are held after isha prayers on Saturdays at Coburg Masjid.

 

Foundations Course (Sisters) [launching soon]

-Enrolment Necessary-

This course will largely be conducted by current students of the advanced program. It will consist of a co-ordinated series of intensive workshops that build on top of each other to teach essential knowledge. The course is organised around the foundational concepts of Islam, Iman, and Ihsan.

 

Youth Program (Brothers)

This is a weekly class conducted by a current student of the advanced program. It covers:

• the reading of al-Shifa by Qadi Iyad along with explanation
• the reading of Bidayah al-Hidayah by Imam al-Ghazali along with explanation
